When placing your booking, we ask you to make a deposit per room or per apartment of EUR 200.

Check-in & Check-out:
On arrival day, your room or apartment is available for check-in after 3pm. On departure day, we ask that you check out of your room by 10am, allowing us time to clean for incoming guests. We are more than glad to store your luggage or provide you a room to change in on both your arrival and departure days.
Floor Plans & Descriptions of Amenities:
The room areas given also include the bathroom. Actual rooms may vary slightly from the sketches.
Payment:
We accept payment in cash or with your EC (Eurocheque Card), as we do Visa and MasterCard. In the event of last-minute cancellation or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you 80% of the price. In all other instances, Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines will apply. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Pets are only allowed with the expressed permission of the hotel.
