On day of arrival rooms, suites and apartments are ready by 3.00 pm. On day of departure we kindly ask guests to vacate accommodation by 11.00 am. If you wish to depart later we can store your luggage in our changing room.

The breakfast buffet can be booked in addition to the apartments "Löwenzahn", "Wohnstudio Deluxe", "Appartement Panorama" and "Familysuite Deluxe":

• From 15 years: € 26,–/person/night
• 10 – 14 years € 20,–/person/night
• 4 – 9 years € 18,–/person/night
• 0 – 4 years € 8,–/person/night

Prices for children are only valid when sharing parents room:

• 0 to 3 years: € 15,00 per night breakfast included
• 4 to 9 years: € 30,00 per night breakfast included
• 10 to 14 years: € 40,00 per night breakfast included
• 15 to 17 years: € 55,00 per night breakfast included
• additional adult in rooms. € 65,00 breakfast included

We are pleased to provide the following equipment for our younger guests:

Cots, highchairs, baby tube, bottle warmers, kettles and baby monitors. Please let us know your requirements at time of booking.

Free internet access via Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole hotel.

Plenty of free parking available on the hotel area.

In the basement you’ll find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Available for our guests – extra charge.

Single room supplement in double room depending on season.

Accommodation prices excluding local tax (€ 1,90 per night per person from 15 years).

Pets only on request – € 25.00 per pet/night (excl. food).

It is not possible to bring pets into our dining rooms and wellness areas

We ask for your understanding that our house is a non-smoking house. Smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarette in the cosy smoking lounge in front of the hotel.

To confirm your booking we require a deposit to be transferred to our bank account. Please use IBAN and BIC to ensure a transfer free of costs within the European Union.

Payments can be made cash, with EC-card (ATM card), Visa or Mastercard. Please note there is no reimbursment for meals not consumed.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the booked holiday has to be cancelled at short notice or prematurely interrupted. To save you trouble and unnecessary costs, we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance (incl. helicopter rescue and more) as an optimal precaution. We will be happy to take out this insurance for you.
